Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strategic, long-term partnerships with both new and existing clients.
• Develop product positioning strategies and marketing material to support business growth and client engagement.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of value propositions.
• Collaborate with pricing teams to ensure that quotations meet internal profitability standards and are delivered within their deadlines.
• Stay up to date with global insurance trends, technological shifts, and emerging market developments to influence local strategies.
• Monitor and manage client portfolios, ensuring the accuracy of accounts, performance tracking, and profitability reporting.
• Drive collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement across teams while fostering a culture of shared success.

• Qualified or nearly qualified Actuary.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a life insurance or reinsurance environment.
• Strong technical and analytical understanding with solid commercial acumen.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Word and Excel; intermediate in PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Confident, collaborative, and detail-oriented, with strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
