POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strategic, long-term partnerships with both new and existing clients.
Develop product positioning strategies and marketing material to support business growth and client engagement.
Prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of value propositions.
Collaborate with pricing teams to ensure quotations meet internal profitability standards and are delivered within deadline.
Stay up to date with global insurance trends, technological shifts, and emerging market developments to influence local strategies.
Monitor and manage client portfolios, ensuring accuracy of accounts, performance tracking, and profitability reporting.
Drive collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement across teams while fostering a culture of shared success.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Qualified or nearly qualified Actuary.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a life insurance or reinsurance environment.
Strong technical and analytical understanding with solid commercial acumen.
Advanced proficiency in MS Word and Excel; intermediate in PowerPoint and Outlook.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Confident, collaborative, and detail-oriented, with strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
