SA Metal Group is seeking for a professional, organized, and detail-oriented Clinic Administrator \/ Medical Technician to join our Occupational Health team based in Rustivia, Germiston. The successful candidate will assist with the clinic administration functions and provide support to the Occupational Health Nurse and Doctor at our onsite Elandsfontein clinic. The role will include conducting occupational health screening tests, coordinating medical surveillance activities, maintaining clinic records, compiling records, managing clinic bookings and schedule and assist with clear and consistent communication between the clinic, HR and Management. POSITION REQUIREMENTS Manage the day-to-day administrative functions of the onsite clinic and provide support to the Occupational Health Nurse and healthcare team. Schedule appointments and maintain accurate medical records and filing systems. Coordinate clinic supplies, equipment maintenance, calibration, and medical waste management. Assist with reporting, data capturing, and quality assurance of clinic statistics. Conduct occupational health screening tests including Audiometry, Spirometry, Vision Screening and Drug Testing, when required. Support medical surveillance programmes, case management administration, and return-to-work processes. Ensure compliance with Company policies, healthcare regulations, and occupational health standards. Liaise professionally with employees, clients, healthcare practitioners, and management. Deliver efficient and professional service while maintaining confidentiality and high standards of patient care. QUALIFYING EXPERIENCE Grade 12 (Matric). Minimum 1-year administrative experience, preferably within a healthcare, clinic, or occupational health environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Certificates in Audiometry, Spirometry and Vision Screening Assistants Strong administrative, reporting, and data-capturing skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive medical information. Additional language proficiency will be advantageous.
