SUMMARY:
Support Manager provides cross-functional support to the Group Clinical, Quality, and Risk portfolio in strengthening the effective implementation of safety, health, environmental and quality (SHEQ) standards across hospitals, supporting the implementation of clinical programmes and improving patient safety and outcomes.

Clinical Programmes (Stroke, Cardiac, Trauma etc
EMS, Response Vehicle, ED Practice & Transplant Coordination

Minimum Required Education:

Bachelor’s degree in nursing, health sciences, or a related clinical discipline (essential).
Postgraduate qualification in Quality Management, Clinical Governance, or Healthcare Administration (preferred).
Certification or experience in SHEQ, Risk Management, or Clinical Programme Coordination (advantageous).

Inherent Requirements:

Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a clinical or hospital operations environment, with at least 3–5 years in quality or programme coordination at regional or group level.
Demonstrated experience in supporting multisite clinical projects or programmes.
Strong knowledge of healthcare governance, risk, and compliance processes.
Proven ability to manage data, analyse clinical performance trends, and support decision-making.
Experience working collaboratively with cross functional teams.
