POSITION INFO:

The Role: Clinical Case Assistant

This role focuses on providing intraoperative clinical support for neurosurgical cases in Durban and the surrounding areas. The Clinical Case Assistant will assist with product coverage during surgeries, ensure seamless clinical support, and work closely with the Natal-based senior representative. The position requires flexibility, frequent travel, and a strong commitment to supporting surgeons and hospital teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with intraoperative product coverage during neurosurgical cases

• Provide clinical support and technical guidance on product usage

• Collaborate with the senior representative to manage case schedules and coverage

• Travel frequently within Durban and the surrounding areas for case support

• Maintain accurate records and reports on case activities

• Ensure products are prepared and available for scheduled procedures

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with hospital staff and surgeons

• A strong willingness to learn and grow

• Own reliable car and valid driver''s license (non-negotiable)

• Strong interest inthe healthcare/medical field, ideally with clinical exposure

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
