SUMMARY:
Mount Edgecombe. Join a prominent player in the Fashion and Apparel industry, collaborating with major South African chain stores. Seeking a passionate and experienced Clothing Co-ordinator to join this dynamic and growing company.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with buyers
Maintain a comprehensive paper trail for all styles and liaise with international sources
Keep the timeline on track, ensuring orders are processed promptly to meet delivery deadlines
Confirm shipment and delivery dates while collaborating with Costing Managers on costings
Work on styling adjustments to align with cost targets
Manage fit samples, trim charts, lab dips, and ensure timely submission to QA
Oversee approvals for trims, fabric, wash, and styles with buyers
Check and maintain delivery schedules
Prepare and submit samples for QA fitting, ensuring timely dispatch to customers
Monitor order quantities against shipped units and coordinate ticket lists and hanger schedules
Efficiently manage cupboard space for seals
Prepare for production meetings and contribute to month-end reporting
