ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
- Experience in test planning and strategies
- Quality assurance methodologies
- Coordinating all testing roles and responsibilities within teams
- Effectively following the software development life cycle
- Engagement with stakeholders at all levels
ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with JIRA / Confluence
- Experience in Agile / Scrum Project Approach
- A broad knowledge of the project lifecycle
- Experience leading regional test teams
- Advocates test asset reuse within IT portfolio
- Ability to understand and act on required actions to close out findings
WHICH QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE DO WE NEED FOR THE ROLE?
- Capability as a Test Manager (minimum 5+ years)
- Proven ability to manage a team (minimum 3+ years)
- Resource planning and estimation
- Owning & tracking the test plan and phases
- Documenting and evidencing test findings and flows
- Appreciates the need to plan and manage projects through the benefits they deliver
- Experience working within the automotive manufacturing industry
- A background in testing of cloud-based applications
WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES?
- Participating in the preparation of quality assessments, reports, and metrics, formulating go-no-go statements based on reports and metrics, test progress, and defect status
- Leading the execution of planned test cases, ensuring that all test results are correctly recorded against the system
- Coordinating all testing roles and responsibilities within teams
- Developing detailed work plans for engagements, status tracking and reporting, and production of high-quality deliverables for clients
- Applying standards and specialist quality assurance expertise to deliver, whilst providing effective management to teams
