Cloud Engineer

SUMMARY:
Cloud Engineer We are seeking the expertise of a Cloud Engineer to join a global company that specialises in the development and maintenance of high performance Linux and cloud hosting solutions.

POSITION INFO:

The following requirements will apply:

• Applicable Tertiary Qualification/s.  
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with a successful track record in Linux HTTP and database server engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years backend/API software development experience in a *nix environment.
• Solid virtualization and cloud infrastructure experience (Openstack, Docker, Proxmox, Ceph).
• Passionate about at least one automation tool (e.g. Puppet, Ansible, Salt, Terraform).
• Experience as the last point of call for escalations.
