Our client within the banking industry is looking for a Cloud Engineer.

POSITION INFO:

Role Purpose

A cloud engineer is responsible for technology duties associated with cloud computing, including development, planning, management, maintenance and support.

Responsibilities:

Continuously assess own performance, seek timely and clear feedback and request training where appropriate_LOW1

System Design and Testing
Information Technology Functional Expertise, Knowledge and Skills
Information Technology Service Delivery Systems Administrator
IT System Engineer Query Management Services
Cloud Engineer Technical Support
System Engineer Efficiencies and Research
Effectively plan and schedule activities to continuously improve quality and service delivery_LoW1
Contribute to innovation by finding faster and more accurate ways of working_LoW1
Build and maintain stakeholder relationships_LoW1
Interact positively with groups or teams and participate to a learning and growth culture where information is actively shared

Additional Requirements

It is inherent to the role that the incumbent is honest in dealing with cash and financial transactions. As such, it is a pre-requisite for candidates to undergo consumer credit record checks to enable the Employer to ascertain whether the candidate’s credit record is acceptable.

Additional requirements:

Qualified in Microsoft End Point Manager (Certified and experienced, minimum three years experience)
Some exposure to Intune and Azure
Advantageous experience: PowerShell
Azure AD experience advantageous
SQL experience
Server experience
SSCM (Configuration Manager) experience
