POSITION INFO:

Our Client is extending its Cloud Deployment Practice team and is looking for an experienced Cloud Support Engineer to join the team. We believe there is always a better way. In this role, you’ll be supporting our clients as they use our different cloud solutions whether they are the standard solution or personally customized for the client’s specific needs. You will be working closely with the Cloud Deployment Engineers and a team of experts with multiple areas of Cloud domain expertise to ensure our clients have an excellent experience. You will also be responsible for managing our cloud production environment to help prevent any client impact due to environment issues.

While our overriding strategy is Cloud-first for such solutions, we fully realize that there may be cases where a hybrid-Cloud or even an on premise solution will be the best approach to meet business needs. We’ll be relying on you to work with our clients and other Company Cloud COE teams in a collaborative and inclusive manner to not only support their existing environment but to also help guide them as their requirements change.

 Technical Skills required for the role

·         Expertise with full stack application and solution support

·         Expert level operation skills in one of the primary Cloud hyper-scalers with a preference for AWS skills

·         Deep understanding of Cloud security, user and identity management, and network configuration and administration

·         Experience with product and solution testing is a plus
