Club Executive | Doha - Qatar | Luxury 5 Star Hotel
We are looking for experienced CLUB EXECUTIVE to join the team of a 5 Star Luxury Hotel located in Doha, Qatar.
This property is a part of a large hotel chain with locations all over the world. The highest standards and luxury if offered to all guests, with excellent Food and Beverage outlets, spas and other amenities.
Some of the Duties of Club Executive:
- Monitor monthly Food and beverage cost and Profit and Loss expenses for the Club.
- Ensure adequate staff coverage that meets the demand in the hotel.
- Checks the next day arrival report and ensure the guest history remarks and amenities are in place.
- Meets VIPs and perform guest relation duties and obtain comments and feedback.
- Assign Club rooms and checks arrival VIPs room and ensure the requests and needs are met.
- Guide, coach, counsels and evaluates the performance of Assistant Club Manager and Guest Services Executives.
- Checks attendance, punctuality and deportment of Guest Services Executives.
- Conduct and attend daily briefings and share any information/interests.
- Train, guide, coach and develop Guest Services Executive to handle day-to-day duties/tasks more efficiently.
- Liaise closely with Rooms Division Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager on any special events, VIPs arrival and ensure pertinent information and instructions/changes are disseminated.
- Ensure the ambience, cleanliness and exclusivity at the Club and Front Office area is maintained at all times.
- Check the weekly duty roster for Oriental Club department and ensure that there is adequate staff coverage to meet the demands of the hotel.
- Conduct and support Assistant Club Manager in weekly departmental training.
- Attend daily and weekly internal department or related meetings/briefings.
- Awareness and sensitivity to the concept of luxury and quality

- Has energy and drive
Main skills and experience required from Club Executive:
- at least 3 years of working experience in related field
- Hospitality Qualification will be a great advantage
- Fluent English
- Additional languages will be an advantage
- Friendly personality
- Immaculate presentation
- Able to work in a busy environment
- Professional
- Clear criminal record
- Clear medical
- valid passport for at least 2 more years
- open for 2 year contract
- able to relocate as soon as visa is granted
Start: ASAP, subject to visa
Salary package for the Club Executive:
