Shape coastlines. Protect infrastructure. Design for the future. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Coastal Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful coastal and marine infrastructure projects, including shoreline protection, ports, and offshore structures.

POSITION INFO:
ð Position Overview:
The Coastal Design Engineer will be involved in the planning, analysis, and design of coastal systems, ensuring sustainable and resilient solutions. You will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver technically sound and environmentally responsible projects.

ð¼ Key Responsibilities:

â Design and analyse coastal and marine structures (seawalls, breakwaters, and revetments)
â Conduct hydrodynamic and wave modelling studies
â Prepare engineering drawings, technical reports, and specifications
â Support environmental impact assessments and coastal risk studies
â Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and key stakeholders
â Assist with project management, including budgeting and scheduling
â Ensure compliance with local and international standards

ð Minimum Requirements:

â Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred – Coastal/Marine specialization)
â 3–8 years’ experience in coastal engineering projects
â Proficiency in modelling software (MIKE21, Delft3D, and SWAN)
â Strong understanding of coastal processes and sediment transport
â Experience with relevant design codes and standards
â Excellent communication and technical report-writing skills
