We are seeking a reliable and professional Code 8 Driver with a Professional Driving Permit (PDP) and First Aid Certification to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting patients, medical supplies, and equipment safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:Safely transport patients to and from health care facilities and homes.Ensure timely delivery of medical supplies and equipment.Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure it is in good working condition.Assist patients in and out of the vehicle, providing necessary first aid if required.Adhere to all traffic laws and health care organisation protocols.Complete daily logs and reports accurately.

Requirements:

Valid Code 8 driver’s license.

Professional Driving Permit (PDP).

Current First Aid Certification.

Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a health care setting.

Excellent driving record.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle patients with care and empathy.

Knowledge of Pietermaritzburg and surrounding areas.
