SUMMARY:
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on all-rounder to join our team at a busy coffee shop in Pretoria. The successful candidate will support daily operations, with a strong focus on barista duties, customer service, and point-of-sale transactions.

POSITION INFO:
Description:

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages (barista duties)
Operate the till and handle cash/card transactions accurately
Provide excellent customer service and engage positively with customers
Assist with general shop duties, including cleaning and maintaining a welcoming environment
Support team members during busy periods
Ensure adherence to hygiene and food safety standards

Requirements:

Previous barista experience is essential
Experience working on a till / POS system
Strong customer service skills
Good communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Trustworthy and reliable
