To collect to outstanding fee payments through a process of persuasion and negotiation whilst ensuring that legislative requirements are met.

Educational requirements:
Grade 12
Exposure to a finance environment or relevant experience in a similar role
At least 1-2 years’ experience
Experience in a call center environment or relevant experience in similar role
MS office proficient
Exposure to Excalibur collections system (min 6 months experience)

Main Purpose:
Achieve set collection targets
Ensure legislative requirements are adhered to collecting outstanding fees
Ensure consistent and professional service levels
Arrears collections
Updating and maintenance of database
Appropriate negotiation with debtors
Problem and query resolution
