Well established Commercial Law Firm in Brooklyn is looking for a Commercial Attorney to join their team

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

B.Com Law + LLB
Solid knowledge of Compliance Legislation such as Company Law, Tax, BEE, Data Privacy Law Governance, Risk and Compliance, POPIA, PAJA, PAIA & GDPR
Good Contract drafting skills
Attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
Drafting of General- and Specific contracts, advice and/or legal opinions, including but not limited to
Shareholder Agreements
MOI
Partnership Agreements
Mergers and Corporate Restructure Agreements
Share Sale and Subscription Agreements
Service Level Agreements
Data Privacy Agreements
Joint Venture and Co-operation Agreements
