Due diligence and franchise agreements
International and exploration agreements
Lease and service level agreements
Securities and shareholder agreements
Competition law and capital markets
Corporate law and banking & finance
Partnerships & joint ventures, sales & purchase agreements
Energy & minerals and consumer law
Mergers & acquisitions, tax, licensing, and derivatives
Construction and more!

What we're looking for:

Extensive knowledge across the spectrum of commercial law
Business acumen and practice management skills
Strong people management and development abilities
Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

An LLB or equivalent qualification
Admission as an Attorney in South Africa
A post graduate legal qualification will be advantageous
At least 5-10 years’ experience in Commercial Law
