As Commercial Lead, you will develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s overall business goals, prepare detailed financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability, and lead efforts to identify cost-saving opportunities across operations.

Duties & Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing:

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
Build detailed financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability.
Identify and drive cost-saving and efficiency initiatives across all operational areas.
Partner with leadership teams to provide financial insights and recommendations that support growth.
Monitor and evaluate financial performance against budgets and KPIs.
Present clear, concise, and insightful reports to non-financial stakeholders.
Support operations through strategic commercial analysis.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Chartered Accountant (CA) or BCOM qualification is essential
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, commercial management, or a related role, with a focus on operations.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Strong commercial acumen and a strategic mindset.
Experience working in high-growth, agile environments is a plus.
This role is based in Durban and ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced call centre environment.
