Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting for new commercial clients in the Garden Route area through face-to-face appointments.

• Conducting detailed business insurance needs analyses.

• Recommending and offering the right business insurance solutions.

• Meeting premium targets as set by management.

• Maintaining a full and active sales pipeline.

• Building and retaining strong, trust-based client relationships.

• Keeping reports accurate and up-to-date.

• Investing in ongoing personal and professional development.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English.

• Matric certificate.

• FAIS credits or full insurance qualifications.

• RE5 certificate.

• At least 3 years of commercial insurance face-to-face sales experience.

• Valid driver’s licence and own transport..

• Proven sales success record.

• Task-orientated, results-driven, and accountable.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

• Self-motivated, structured, and able to work independently.

• Computer literate with solid knowledge of MS Office.
