REQUIREMENTS:
- 6 to 8 years’ experience as a Commercial Litigation/Insolvency Secretary
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Relevant experience in the legal or professional services industry
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Capable of handling high-pressure environments
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
DUTIES:- Support legal processes in Magistrates' Court and High Court litigation.
- Prepare and type legal documents, including:
- Dictaphone typing (audio transcription)
- Copy typing (from written or printed material)
- Maintain case files and documentation in an orderly and organized manner.
- Ensure procedural accuracy by applying knowledge of litigation and insolvency rules and timelines.
- Assist with court filings, legal correspondence, and diary management for attorneys.
HOURS:- Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 17:00
