SUMMARY:
We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Manager at a dynamic telecommunications company. This is a strategic and commercially focused opportunity for a CA(SA) with strong commercial acumen and a passion for driving business growth. In this role, you will act as a key business partner to senior leadership, ensuring commercial viability, profitability, and effective financial decision-making across the organisation.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and lead commercial strategies in collaboration with sales, operations, and executive leadership
Partner with stakeholders across the business to enable financial sustainability and strategic growth
Negotiate, review, and manage high-value commercial contracts to ensure alignment with financial and legal requirements
Prepare financial models for new business initiatives, projects, and investment opportunities
Perform financial and commercial risk analyses for key decisions and proposals
Monitor revenue performance and manage cost control initiatives to improve profitability

Qualification and Skills Required:

CA(SA) qualification is essential
Minimum of 5 years commercial exposure in a similar role
Experience with financial/commercial modelling
Skills:
– Strong business partnering capability, influencing skills, and commercial mindset
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
– Ability to operate strategically while managing hands-on commercial execution
