POSITION INFO:

1. * Matric
   * RE5 completed
   * FIAS Credits
2. Engineering Insurance experience
3. Mus have worked for an MUA or Inures, not a Broker
   
   Ensuring that policies and amendments are issued without error within 2 days.
4. Checking all documentation to ensure correctness before processing.
5. Processing of new policies according to AC & E procedures.
6.  Issuing of Sasria.
7.  Renewal & Renewal Invites.
8. Processing endorsements.
9. Declaration adjustment amounts to be verified with Andre before processing.
10.  Re-insurance
11. Cancellation of policies.
12.  Handling queries from Credit Control department.
13.  Handling queries from brokers.
14. Adhering to turn around times of 24 hours.
15.  General correspondence with broker via e-mail, fax or telephone.
16.  Diarize issues that need to be followed up.
17.  Ensure filing of closings and schedules according to AC & E procedure.
18.  General office administration
19.  Develop relationships with clients and ensure high level of service
