The purpose of this role is to drive commercial growth by securing sponsorships for events and magazines. This position exists to build the media ecosystem that connects brands with the sports community, requiring a hands-on approach to lead operations and manage ground presence during events. The focus areas include sponsor acquisition, commercial sales, and managing activations to ensure brand value is delivered.
Key Responsibilities

Secure sponsorships for endurance sports magazines and high-profile events.

Drive advertising sales within the Gauteng region or Western Cape.

Manage brand activations at events to ensure global sports brands are successfully integrated.

Lead an operations team hands-on without doing the heavy lifting.

Solve problems in real-time during event activations and media coverage.
