Commercialisation Manager

SUMMARY:
Our client in the Beverage Industry has an EE opportunity available for a Commercialisation Manager in the Johannesburg area.  This will be a contract position for 6 months.

POSITION INFO:
Education and Experience Requirements:

• Project Management Qualification or equivalent Undergraduate qualification
• 10 years of experience
• Very strong commercial project leadership skills and background experience in project management and ideally in operations
• Good knowledge of how to commercialise innovation/commercial change via Stage Gate process
• Excel Advanced
• MS Projects Advanced
• High level of business acumen
• Due to the role’s X-functional nature and ambiguous, fast-paced nature a good level of organisational savvy is required for this role

KPAs:

• Leads the low to medium & some high complexity LT projects (medium/High/low business impact; existing technology; small/medium Capex requirements and medium lead time) project management: project teams; timeline; cost of change control; cross-functional management; risk control & trade-offs
• Ensures project pipeline visibility & facilitates prioritization within their projects and overall
• Supports Capex process and execution
• Accountable for the project management of Calendar Critical Innovation & Commercial Change initiatives.
