COMMUNICATIONS & WEB MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR - JOHANNESBURG

POSITION INFO:

An opportunity exists for a Communications & Web Management Supervisor within a Multinational organisation based in Johannesburg.

Requirements:

• A min of 3 – 4 years experience in a sales type environment
• College or university education (desirable)
• Software experience: HTML / web design and email marketing software
• Design experience: Adobe Indesign, Adobe experience manager or similar website platforms (WordPress)
• Ability to manage vendors / suppliers and internal teams locally and EMEA on deliverables
• Proficient in copy writing and content writing
• Open to travel occasionally 

Duties will include

• Coordinate promotional and post-promotional campaigns for corporate training events 
• Southern African website maintenance 
• Reviewing local communication methods 
• Maintaining team databases 
• Coordinating conference calls as and when required 
• General marketing – marketing campaigns & promotions and product launch communications 
• Sales strategy and marketing project assistance
