• Must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably within the Property | Estate Management or Hospitality Industry
• Degree or Diploma in Marketing Management | Corporate Communications | Public Relations or related field is essential
• Proficient in MS Office | Website Management | Email Marketing Platforms
• Experienced in Event Management | HOA Stakeholder Engagement | Content Creation | Brand Management | Budget Management
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Own Transport required
• Contactable references and payslips required on request

• Annual CTC of R 340 000, based on experience
• Includes Provident Fund
