JOB SUMMARY:
Rosebank, Johannesburg. Standout opportunity exists for qualified CA(SA) with solid financial experience to join established concern who seeks to enhance their management team through the appointment of a CFO. Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods and in-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices is essential.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Take responsibility for developing financial strategy including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting, high-level financial reporting and analysis, regular budget consolidation, and cash flow management. Work closely with management or executive teams to share reports and analysis findings.

Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business, preparing company tax and BAS statements, developing financial reviews and providing investment advice.

Provide leadership and mentorship and communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders, stakeholders, and authorities.

Requirements:

Qualified CA(SA)
Proven experience as CFO of a Holding Company and Financial Controller experience
Proficient in MS Office and financial management software (SAP or similar)
Ability to strategize and solve problems
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and people skills
An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
CPA is a strong advantage
Property experience an advantage
