SUMMARY:
Our client requires a Risk & Safety Manager for their hazardous chemical manufacturing plant

POSITION INFO:

Execute Group and business SHEQ and process safety strategy.
Influence Nitrates business leadership on SHEQ and process safety matters.
Fully develop and maintain PSM in Nitrates areas of accountability.
Monitor and improve effectiveness of process safety controls.
Provide assurance on Nitrates campus legal compliance. (MHI, Rail, OHS, Explosives).
Conduct Safety and Health incident investigations, root cause analysis and facilitation of learning.
Ensure certification and effectiveness of management systems (e.g. ISO 45001, ISO 9001, PSM AND Responsible Care).
Nitrates department performance monitoring and reporting.
Plan and monitor Safety and Health and process safety training.
Manage Safety and Health team performance and budget.
