JOB SUMMARY:
Are you an experienced Company Secretarial Consultant or Compliance Officer looking to change roles, with extensive experience and knowledge in corporate governance and compliance?

JOB DESCRIPTION:

My client, an audit firm, is looking to hire a Company Secretarial Consultant to join a division within their group. The successful candidate must have CIPC/Compliance knowledge and excel at client/stakeholder engagement. If this is you, then apply!

Duties:

Preparation of agendas for meetings
Monitor corporate governance trends and laws
Maintain minute/resolution books and client company records
Draft Board/Committee Charters and company policies
Maintain the statutory books
Develop an Annual Governance Framework
Ensure company compliance with good corporate governance
Understanding roles and responsibilities of the Board/Committees

Education:

Diploma in Company Law/Corporate Governance or similar
Registered Compliance Officer

Experience:

2 – 3 year’s Board Secretarial/Governance
