Honours Degree in Business Law/Commerce. Chartered Institute of Secretaries (CIS) qualification/CSSA Accreditation. Member of CIS. Must have min 5 years exp as a Company Secretary. Interpreting statutes and corporate governance for the group. Advising Board of Directors and EXCO on matters of governance, compliance, legality, risk and best practice. Duties as per the Companies Act; and any legislation and regulation complies with its statutory obligations. Mail a detailed cv asap to
