SUMMARY:
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Group Company Secretary with serious commercial edge.

This isn’t your typical compliance role — you’ll be a trusted advisor to Exco and the Board, shaping governance across a fast-moving, listed tech group with multiple entities.

POSITION INFO:
You’ll thrive in the boardroom, bring sharp judgement, and see governance as a growth enabler, embedding commercial thinking into strategic decision-making.

What we’re looking for:

A strong legal qualification and/or CA(SA)
Proven experience at Group or listed level, ideally in a fast-paced or evolving business
Someone who sees governance as about value creation, not just oversight
Executive maturity, sound judgement, and the confidence to hold your own at the top table
