Are you a highly organized and motivated individual looking for an exciting opportunity to lead and manage? We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to join our growing team and take charge of our daily operations.
What is required:
Providing efficient and proactive support of the operational and administrative needs of the complex, guests, or tenants. Ensuring that the expectations of the complex manager are attended to in a timely manner. Please note that you may be required operationally after regular working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily administrative tasks and operations
- Coordinate and supervise staff to ensure productivity and efficiency
- Maintain and organize office records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Facilitate communication between departments and staff
- Handle residential inquiries and provide exceptional service
- Performing other duties as required.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience in a building/ complex supervisor role
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Valid First Aid certification advantageous
- Valid Fire Marshall and Evacuation certification advantageous
- Valid drivers licence
