Compliance & Quality Officer, Saudi Arabia
POSITION INFO:
Our client is a South African exploration drilling company with interests in an international drilling company, operating in Saudi Arabia. The currently require various resources for project/s in Saudi Arabia.

JOB PURPOSE:
- Accountable and responsible for the maintaining and monitoring of the safety of the people and equipment within the company
- Create, implement and maintain a safe operating environment
- Assist in managing compliance by employees, clients and stakeholders with Safety and Health regulations and related internal Policies and Procedures
- To monitor operational activities on sites and Head Office
- Implement, enhance and maintain occupational safety, health, hygiene, security & environmental programs within the parameters of legal requirements, ISO & best practices
Requirements:
- Grade 12 certification
- 3 Years relevant Mining / Process / Engineering experience
- Driver’s license
- COMSOC I & II and or SAMTRAC
- OSHAS 18 000+
- IT IS / Train the Trainer
- Accident investigation (ICAM/RCAT/SCAT)
- First Aid
- Registration with a relevant recognised professional body
- Excellent organisational skills with ability to meet deadlines and targets
- Must possess good written and oral communication skills
- Must be confident in Microsoft suite of products
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with other departments of the organisation
Duties:
