Compliance / Legal / Board Executive Assistant

POSITION INFO:

Our client is a highly respected leader in education, known for their forward thinking and state-of-the-art service offering. They are recruiting for a unique individual that is able to combine a number of skills and assume responsibility for governance issues. The position is essentially a Compliance Officer with a difference. Minimum requirement is a Bachelor or Legal degree or similar, plus 7 years experience in a role where you have been responsible for overseeing full governance requirements and procedures as well as legal documentation pertaining to trusts and service contracts. You are a hands-on individual that can move from taking minutes at executive meetings, to managing full projects ,and various stakeholders from A-Z, to contributing your strategic input. You are confident and knowledgeable, analytical and hard working. And you are looking to forge a career in an environment offering growth and stability.
