We’re on the hunt for a Compliance Officer who’s got a sharp eye, a steady hand, and a healthy respect for policies, audits, and the occasional legislative curveball. If you're ready to keep things on the straight and narrow—without being boring—then this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Up To:
- Site Check-Ins (Pre & Post Launch):
- You’ll conduct audits on new and existing sites to make sure that everything is ticking all the right regulatory boxes.
- Report It. Recommend It. Follow It Up:
- From writing audit reports to tracking how your recommendations are implemented, you’ll be the go-to for compliance follow-through.
- Keep It Legal (And Internal):
- Run internal audits that align with company policies and industry regulations. You’ll help keep the organisation clean, compliant, and on track.
- Support That Makes a Difference:
- You’ll have the Compliance Manager’s back, ensuring that admin runs like a well-oiled machine.
- Gambling Board Guru:
- Help with legislative reporting to gambling boards—your attention to detail here is everything.
- Liaison Extraordinaire:
- You’ll connect the dots between departments, teams, and external stakeholders to make sure everyone’s on the same page.
What You Bring to the Table:- A keen eye for detail and a love for structure and order
- Solid understanding of compliance audits, policies, and regulatory frameworks (experience in gambling/gaming = bonus points)
- Great communication skills—You can explain the "why" behind every "what"
- You’re organised, proactive, and never miss a follow-up
- You work well across teams, and know when to flag red tape (without making it feel like a stop sign)
