Key Responsibilities Support the day-to-day administration of compliance processes Maintain accurate records, registers, and supporting documentation Monitor deadlines and ensure required submissions are completed on time Assist with internal compliance checks, audits, and reviews Follow established policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines Communicate professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders Requirements Minimum 5 years' experience in a legal or compliance environment Strong understanding of compliance in a regulated industry Proven ability to work accurately within strict frameworks and procedures High attention to detail and strong administrative ability Fluent in Afrikaans and English Confident using Microsoft Office and administrative systems Education Relevant legal, compliance, risk, or business administration qualification preferred Soft Skills Structured, dependable, discreet, and methodical. You should be comfortable working independently, managing sensitive information, and maintaining consistently high standards. Salary The proposed salary for the role is R20k - R22k per month - the offer is marginally negotiable based on qualifications, experience and skills.
