Major pharmaceutical company is seeking a Compliance Officer to join their growing team

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

LLB degree
Extensive pharmaceutical regulatory affairs and applicable pharma legislative knowledge
Knowledge of cGxP regulations and Regulatory Requirements
Ensure compliance with and abide to Ethic rules of the Pharmacy Council; Pharmacy Act 53 of 1974, as amended; Medicines Act 101 of 1965, as amended; MCA Marketing Code/equivalent code and principles; The Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008; Foodstuffs, Cosmetics and Disinfectants Act 54 of 1972, as amended; Fertilizers, Farm Feeds, Agricultural Remedies and Stock Remedies Act 36 of 1947, as amended; National Regulations
