JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Description:
This is a call for Compliance Officer’s with completed articles. The candidate should have a particular interest in the compliance (either having experience in compliance or wanting to enter that world), be innovative and display the best possible service to clients. It is important that the candidate have a stable work history at a reputable law firm.

Duties:

Compliance Officer tasks.
Interact with clients, board members and any other third parties.
Optimize workflow procedures in the office, assist colleagues and executives in planning and distributing information.
Ensure that the company is up to date with all the new developments in relevant legislation.
Drafting legal service agreements and non-disclosure.
Ensure policies, regulatory, or statutory changes that might affect the organization are always recent.
Manage process of timely review of upcoming contract renewals.

Qualifications:

A completed LLB.
Any compliance related qualification.

Experience:

1-2 years post articles experience.
