Requirements: Related tertiary qualification preferred Minimum 5 years experience within the milling or animal feeds industry Own transport with a valid driver''s license Duties and responsbilities: Monitor compliance with applicable legislation, regulations, policies and procedures Identify compliance risks and recommend appropriate corrective actions Develop, review and update compliance policies and procedures Conduct compliance monitoring, audits and risk assessments Prepare compliance reports for management Investigate compliance incidents and recommend corrective measures Provide compliance advice and guidance to management and employees Deliver compliance awareness and training programmes
