POSITION INFO:

Compliance Officer /Company Secretary role for Dynamic Financial Services group in Melrose Arch. Superb role for a B Com with 5 years Compliance exposure within Financial Services with come exposure to Company Secretarial and Board support to report to the: Legal Executive and be fully responsible for full group compliance function as well as Company Secretarial work including the issue & transfer of shares, maintenance of group structures and registers, taking minutes of board meetings etc.
