Compliance Officer/Company Secretary needed at a Business Service Provider in Cape Town.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Compliance Officer/Company Secretary needed at a Business Service Provider in Cape Town. The successful person will perform company secretarial tasks, taking full responsibility for all transactions, communication and enquiries for allocated clients.

Responsibilities will include ensuring that various companies within the Group of Companies comply with necessary legislation, liaising with third parties, such as accountants, lawyers, CIPC and the Master of the High Court on a regular basis, maintain the company records in accordance with legislative and compliance requirements and ensure that the company is up to date with all the new developments in relevant legislation.

Requirements:
National Diploma in Business Management or Law or relevant Diploma/ Degree
Knowledge of Corporate Governance and Trust Administration
Knowledge of the Companies Act, Trust Property Control Act, FICA, FATCA/ CRS, etc.
3 Years’ experience within a similar role.
