SUMMARY:
Are you a meticulous professional with a passion for regulatory compliance in financial services? Join this team as a Compliance Specialist to manage compliance risks effectively.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Advise teams on compliance requirements and develop risk management plans.
Conduct compliance reviews and monitor high-risk items within Business Units.
Translate legislative requirements into practical compliance measures.
Facilitate workshops to identify regulatory risks and consult on compliance alignment.
Review operational processes for regulatory compliance.
Communicate compliance issues and assess mitigation plans.
Prepare reports for business units and contribute to Board Reporting.
Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate across risk management areas for a combined assurance approach.

Education and Experience:

Degree in Law, Audit or Finance.
Compliance Management post-grad/certificate advantageous.
3-5 years of Business Compliance experience in Financial Services.
Business Processes environment.
