A marketing and advertising services company in Illovo, Sandton is currently calling all visual thinkers, creative pioneers, and awesome designers! 📢 They are looking for a Conceptual Designer / Art Director with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, utilise resources, identify and address problems, meet deadlines, and stay within scope, to join their team.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required and 3+ years’ experience with an advertising organisation with a high-volume environment
• Proficiency in: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier
• Retail advertising experience preferential
• A powerful creative portfolio that demonstrates originality, innovation and problem-solving
• Maintain high standards for execution and attention to detail
• Highly motivated and a high level of initiative; ability to work independently, in support of the agency’s creative goals and the client’s business objectives
• Develop and execute conceptual designs across integrated campaigns with a copywriter
• Understanding the client’s strategy and business context, and always aiming to do work that performs
• Come up with award-worthy proactive ideas for their clients
• Be client facing and confident in presenting your own work
• An exceptional eye for detail and craft
• Creative excellence, proactivity, and innovative thinking
