Our client—an amazing real-estate group spanning landmark residential, commercial and mixed-use developments—needs a Group Consolidations Specialist to turn raw numbers into the story that guides big-ticket decisions. You’ll sit at the heart of a lean, high-performance finance team, orchestrating the monthly, quarterly and year-end consolidation of a number of legal entities and joint ventures.

Duties include (not limited to)

Prepare consolidated financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annually)
Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations
Liaise with group entities to compile and verify financial data
Support audit processes and ensure IFRS compliance
Assist with technical accounting and reporting matters
Drive process improvements within consolidations and reporting

Education:

Qualified CA(SA) candidate

Experience:

1+ years’ post article experience required
Experience within real estate industry beneficial
JSE listed company experience beneficial
