Construction General Foreman (3-MONTH CONTRACT) – NAMIBIA

SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman for a 3-month contract based near Swakopmund, Namibia.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily site activities. Oversee earthworks, concrete works, and civil construction operations. Manage labour, subcontractors, plant, and materials. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project specifications. Monitor productivity and maintain project schedules. Requirements Minimum 5 years experience in civil construction. Strong experience in earthworks and concrete works . Experience with roads, pipelines, drainage systems, pump stations, and general civil infrastructure. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. Strong leadership and site management skills. Tailings dam construction experience will be advantageous. Valid passport required. Must be immediately available. Must reside in or willing to travel to the Swakopmund area.
