SUMMARY:
My Middelburg based client is an engineering consultancy that designs high-capacity AC & DC smelting furnaces & plants for ferrous & non-ferrous alloys, PGM's, heavy minerals and slag cleaning. 12 - 18month Contract

POSITION INFO:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 

• NDip/BTech in Engineering (Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Electrical)
• 20yrs experience in EPC, Renewable Energy, Pipelines, Heavy Concrete work, Mining, Civil Structures and Bulk Earthworks.
• ECSA Registered
• SACPCMP Registered as Professional Construction Manager
• PMP Certification.
• Smelter Project Experience (Structural/Mechanical/Piping Projects)
• Project Construction Management exp.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Construction Management.
• Managing project from feasibility to completion.
• Construction Planning and execution monitoring.
• Monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Contractor and Contract Management.
• Quality and Cost Control.
