Engineering Degree or Diploma, preferably in Mechanical Engineering

We require the following work experience in:

Minimum of 10 years` experience in the Construction of Petrochemical Plants

We are looking for at least 5 years` relevant project experience in the petro-chemical industry

We are looking for extensive working knowledge on all legal aspects of Construction, Contract Law including knowledge of various suites of Conditions of Contract and working knowledge of NEC

Must have a good understanding of construction estimating and tendering

Good commercial and business knowledge

Previous exposure in dealing with EPCMâ??s, EPCâ??s and end-customers

Developing and improving business processes

Financial Planning and Strategy

Skills and Experience:
Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare construction schedules and co-ordinate into project overall schedules

Assume Project Manager responsibilities on design and build projects

Prepare construction schedules and co-ordinate into project overall schedules

Promote and maintain client relations

Ensure conformance of scope

Support and check all cost estimates with regard to field activities

Manage all aspects of cost control in relation to budgets

Ensure that the Quality assurance aspects are adhered to and further developed

Execute constructability reviews at all stages of the Project

Budget management

Sub-contractor management

Implement, support and grow BBB-EE related initiatives of the company
