SUMMARY:
This leading consulting engineering firm delivers innovative and sustainable electrical solutions across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. We are looking for a skilled Consulting Electrical Engineer to join our growing team.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and review electrical systems for building and infrastructure projects
Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and reports
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with regulations and standards
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including mechanical engineers, architects, and project managers
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Provide technical support and mentorship to junior engineers
Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
Registered or eligible for registration with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA)
Experience in a consulting engineering environment
Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar)
Strong knowledge of South African electrical standards and regulations
Excellent communication and project management skills
