POSITION INFO:

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a dynamic Consumables Sales Field Consultant to join our team and drive sales of office and school supplies. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to understand client requirements, offer knowledgeable product recommendations, and ensure that our customers have the essential supplies they need to thrive.

Experience and Qualifications Required:

• 3-5 years’ sales experience would be an advantage

• Ability to sell, cross sell & upsell

• Maintain positive business relationships

• Achieve agreed sales targets

• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their unique needs and provide tailored recommendations.

• Product Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our extensive range of office and school supplies. Stay updated on new products and industry trends.

• Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements to ensure they receive the right products in the right quantities. Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

• Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Utilise various sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling, to maximise revenue.

• Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer

satisfaction.
