POSITION INFO:
The Role:
Job Purpose

A customer service agent offers assistance to customers either telephonically, via email or face to face. They use the knowledge obtained to investigate and solve client queries.

Key Responsibilities:
- To maintain customer satisfaction and improve customer experience.
- Meet the specific market related SLAs for inbound customer service Contact Centre, mailboxes and social media queries.
Core Responsibility:
- Effectively and efficiently apply problem solving skills, product, company, and system knowledge to achieve first time resolution with the clientâ??s query or request.
- Follow up on the progress of queries or requests that could not be resolved, first time, within SLAâ??s or priority of the query.
- Achieve an inbound service level (80% of calls answered within 20 seconds) of 80% and over
- Maintain a 5% or lower abandonment rate
- Respond to an email received through the mailboxes within a day
- Respond to any social media queries or MD Desk emails within an hour
Skills and Experience:
Successful Candidates must meet the following Requirement:
- Be between the ages of 18 - 29
- Be in possession of a valid Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
- Be able to provide a valid medical note confirming nature of disabilityÂ
