    The Role:

    Job Purpose


    A customer service agent offers assistance to customers either telephonically, via email or face to face. They use the knowledge obtained to investigate and solve client queries.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • To maintain customer satisfaction and improve customer experience.
    • Meet the specific market related SLAs for inbound customer service Contact Centre, mailboxes and social media queries.


    Core Responsibility:

    • Effectively and efficiently apply problem solving skills, product, company, and system knowledge to achieve first time resolution with the clientâ??s query or request.
    • Follow up on the progress of queries or requests that could not be resolved, first time, within SLAâ??s or priority of the query.
    • Achieve an inbound service level (80% of calls answered within 20 seconds) of 80% and over
    • Maintain a 5% or lower abandonment rate
    • Respond to an email received through the mailboxes within a day
    • Respond to any social media queries or MD Desk emails within an hour
    Skills and Experience:

    Successful Candidates must meet the following Requirement:

    • Be between the ages of 18 - 29
    • Be in possession of a valid Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
    • Be able to provide a valid medical note confirming nature of disability

    Stipend Amount: R5000 monthly 

    Learnership Location: Midrand, Gauteng
